We've relaxed into our immense wealth. We've taken it for granted while ignoring the warning signs of both physical and financial disease. Now, everyone sees the walls closing in around them. They're even talking about people getting PTSD from the "trauma" of being stuck at home. But here's the good news. You can train yourself to look past the doom-and-gloom narratives of the media.
