Ok so I had to take a week off. I was sick and has some personal stuff going on. I explain it in the first part of the episode. Basically this episode I am on a tear about how we are being manipulated by a group of people who aren't even trying to hide what they are doing anymore. They think that little of us. And someone leaked an opinion paper from the supreme court about RvW. I weigh in on that one as well.

Twitts and Shortages

Ok so Elon has effectively bought Twitter. There are still steps to go through but more or less it's a done deal. Great. Meanwhile in coverage you have to dig for to find the food supply issues are getting worse. There is going to be a shift in what a lot of us are used to dealing with as far as day to day goes. I will touch on it a bit and mention a few things you might want to think about for the grand scheme of things. Also Friday guest episodes are coming back. Hope you like it. Blah blah Will Smith, blah blah Oscars, blah blah Chris Rock. Now in news you should actually care about, Russia made a significant move this past week that has implications not only of pushing back against sanctions, but could also have impact on the value of the dollar. Inflation is still moving, and your money is worth less every day, but there are things that can help hedge against that too. Also Florida passed legislation basically  saying you can't talk about sex with kids in the single digit age range at school and the woke are losing their sh*t. Have any of them actually read the bill, most likely nah or they would know that it doesn't say anything about what they are bent out of shape about, and applies to EVERYONE, not just the people claiming outrage. It applies to the straight side too. Also I tell you about a cool website you should check out to maybe bring a little levity to your day.

The Lottery, Fiscal Literacy, & Pain at the Pump

I've been thinking a lot about finance and it has been taking my thoughts in some different directions. In this episode I share some thoughts on fiscal responsibility, and why we have so many problems with our money. Also I want to talk about why it is so easy for the powers that be to keep compounding the problems at hand while claiming to be trying to fix them, or at least take the sting out for the common man. Which is a utter load if you haven't figured it out yet.

This is another episode where I am going to talk about the state of the world, and the issues I have with it. Nobody noticed that there was no episode on Friday apparently. Honestly a little disappointing, but I am going to keep doing them cause they make me happy. You know what doesn't make me happy?
