Free speech right? But what if someone died because of what you said? More precisely what if you encouraged someone to kill themselves and then they did it?

That is exactly what happened to Michelle Carter. When she was 17, she convinced her boyfriend to commit suicide by sitting in his car and pumping fumes into the cab.

Her boyfriend died, and text messages revealed what a sinister black widow Michelle really is.

Today Michelle was convicted of manslaughter and faces 20 years in prison. Should she?

That's what I want to talk about today.

The state of Illinois has halted all work on its roads and highways. It's officially out of money. They haven't had a balanced budget in almost three years, and their pension program is some 250 BILLION dollars underfunded.

The State currently has nearly 15 billion in unpaid bills, and its credit rating has now achieved Junk status.

Why? Why is Illinois in this situation? It's quite simple, years of progressive, socialist policies have finally taken their toll. I'll give you multiple examples on today's show.

I had a great vacation. Big thank you to all of you who sent me emails wishing me well and telling me how much you love the show. It is my honor to sit behind the microphone each day and share my thoughts with you.

Today I've got a big announcement about my meeting in Los Angeles. You've been really patient with all the secrecy, and today I get to let a little out of the bag.

We're also going to talk about a little news.

You've no doubt heard about the shooting on Capitol Hill. I'll touch on that, and we'll also take a look at the senate's changes to Obamacare. I'm sure it comes as not surprise to you that Senate Republicans are considering keeping many of the ObamaCare taxes in place.

Puerto Rico is considering statehood. They need to protection statehood offers to dig themselves out of the massive debt troubles they've created. I don't think it's got a prayer of happening, but I'll cover the highlights.

All that and whatever else strikes my fancy today on the show.

It's more evidence that we are living on borrowed time. We've been promised a future that cannot be and that scares me.

I'm afraid for my children and their future. What kind of life do they stand to have based on the greed of those living beyond their means today?

The calorie count and the fat count can differ based upon meat that you use. The grease that is in the bottom of the loaf pan can be saved and used to different purposes.

What is not to love about a meatloaf that is not only low carb, gluten free but also keto friendly?

This meatloaf is a lot like the bacon wrapped one, except that this one is 100% pork free.

When it comes out of the loaf pan, not only does it smell great, look great, but it also tastes great too.

Ingredients

• 2-3 lbs ground beef or turkery (The goal is to have 3lbs of meat)
• 1/3 cup almond milk or heavy whipping cream
• ¾ cup parmesan cheese
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp lemon pepper
• 1 tsp sage
• 3 Tbsp minced onions, dried
• 3 Tbsp dried parsley flakes
• 1 tsp dry mustard powder
• ¼ tsp Splenda, sucralose, stevia or Erythritol

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl with an handheld mixer, combine the first 12 ingredients. Mix on low until well combined. Take a regular size loaf pan or a bread loaf pan (same thing), line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper makes taking the meatloaf out of the pan extremely easy!) Using a metal spoon scoop the meat mixture from the bowl into the loaf pan.
Cook in the oven for 90 minutes, or until a meat thermometer shows 180-190.
Remove from the oven, let stand for about 5 minutes to let cool.

You can also wrap this in turkey bacon if you wanted to.

I have heard of some people leaving out 1/2 lb of meat and filling it with 8 or so ounces of cheese, such as cheddar cheese.
