Here is a super easy recipe for a chicken enchilada casserole. 

Ingredients:

• 2.5 cups cooked chicken cut into small pieces
• 16 ounces of Sour Cream
• 1 1/2 cup of shredded mexican style cheese
• 1/3 cup chopped onion
• 1 1/2 cup salsa (use less if the carb count is too high)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. In a bowl mix the chicken, sour cream, onion and 3/4 cup of the shredded cheese
3. Spread into a 9x13 pan
4. sprinkle the rest of the shredded cheese on top
5. Add the salsa on top (can omit if you want it to be very low carb)
6. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.

Here is a great recipe for some Gluten Free, Keto Friendly, Low Carb Buffalo Chicken Casserole. 

This is not too spicy, it worked great for my 6 year old the other night and she loved it. I was not sure how it was going to turn out, but the casserole did not last long! The nice thing is that you can add more buffalo sauce if you need to, so you dont make it too hot for everyone else (after you serve your self up some)

Ingredients:

• 1 head of cauliflower
• 1 - 1.5 packages of cream cheese (8 - 12 ounces)
• 1/2 cup of ranch dressing
• 1/3 cup of Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
• a bit of olive oil (can omit if you want)
• handful of diced green onions 
• 1-2 tsp garlic powder
• 2 or so cups of shredded cooked chicken
• 1/2 cup of bleu cheese
• 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Direcitons:

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Cut up the cauliflower into florets and add them into a 9x13 pan
3. Drizzle some of the olive oil on the cauliflower (not needed) for a bit of extra flavor
4. Cook in the oven for about 15 - 20 minutes. 
5. While the cauliflower is cookingin a bowl add the ranch dressing, the Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce, garlic powder and cream cheese. 
6. Using a handheld mixer, mix until well combined. 
7. Once the cauliflower is done cooking, reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees and take the cauliflower out of the oven. 
8. Add the cauliflower, chicken into the cream sauce and mix well. 
9. Pour the mixture back into the 9x13 pan
10. bake for 15 - 20 minutes, or until the cheese is all melted. 
11. At this point you can add the green onions if you want.

That is what we face today. A president who rules by executive order and a court that supplements the law for its own political opinion. Today we're going to talk about the 9th Circuits decision and what it means for our liberties.

I'm also going to discuss the call by Yvette Felarca for more riots to silence speech and scare people into compliance. She was on a local news station recently calling for terrorism to achieve the goals of her group "By Any Means Necessary" (BAMN).

I hate bullies, and I'm willing to fight to defend our liberty. If progressives are going to use terror to achieve their ends, they're going to find me, and men like me, very unforgiving.

Now that tax season is upon us, people will probably start to see the IRS scam phone calls again. I had received many last year around July and although I could have easily blocked their number, I just let the voicemails come through so I would have records and of it, the different voicemails as well as the different numbers that they were calling from. 

Here is one of the said voicemails 

They stated that there is a lawsuit against me and unless I call them back, they are going to turn it over to the authorities. This is another "legit sounding" phishing scam attempt. Please do not fall for this crap. Almost all places will let you know via letter, such as the IRS. I also attached the post of the IRS scam voicemail as well which has all the phone numbers they have called me from on.

Here is another voicemail

Please know that it is not legitimate and it is a phishing call, meaning they are trying to get information out of you. Most times it is for you to send them money or some other act like that. 

This was for a IRS Lawsuit call, which is 100% false.

Even thought it may sound legitimate, it is not. Places like this would never call you, they would send you a letter in the mail.

This came from number 240-758-8578 and I received calls from 731-443-9816, (803) 300-7133, 229-548-7960and 917-821-4522

If you ever receive a call from some organization that you owe them money, they are suing you or something else that revolves around you giving them either money, bank information, your bank stating that they need to validate your information, credit card company calling about validating your information, stating that a relative is hurt and needs money or anything else that does not sound right do not give them anything! Almost all places will send you a letter. If you do receive a call like the ones above, hang up and if you are suspicious, call their customer service line

537: Syrian Priest Speaks Out Against Media Lies

For more than a year now I've been telling you about what's happening in Syria. I've told you the truth about the role our government has played in the destruction of that nation and the attempted outsting of the democratically elected president.

Now another voice is speaking out. A Christian Priest named Father Daniël Maes who lives in an ancient monestary about half a mile from Demascus. He says the story the media has been telling you about an organic uprising in Syria is a lie. He says the entire war was started by al Qada and funded by western governments.

He claims the real reason for America's involvment is to pave the way for an oil pipeline from Saudi Arabia through Syria to Europe and that is why Assad has to go.

This is exactly what we have been telling you for close to a year and it appears the media is doing a poor job of reporting on the war. I'll have a full breakdown today.

536: Highlights from the Ted Cruz, Bernie Sanders Debate



"

Last night CNN hosted a debate between Ted Cruz and Bernie Sanders over the future of the Affordable Care Act. Apparently, CNN liked the ratings boost it got from the presidential debates and is trying to keep the momentum going. Personally, I'd love to see more of these debates with people tuning in to hear the ideas from all sides.

I've got a lot of clips from the event and I, of course, will have plenty of witty commentaries to go along. Cruz did ok against Sanders, but he should have destroyed him. Cruz missed a golden opportunity to deal a death blow to the Sanders ideal. Instead, he only managed to score some nice sized wounds.
